What you will find during this initial three months is that your stress levels will decrease, your productivity will increase and the time spent at work will decline.
For the first three months we will meet weekly for 60 to 90 minutes for each session.
After that we move to a more supportive environment where we will meet every two weeks for the following six months.
You will still receive assignments but will have more time to complete them.
For the last three months we will meet only once a month.
Throughout the year reasonable phone, text and email support is available for you to share wins or if you encounter a situation where immediate assistance is required.
